Hoshizaki AM25
The Hoshizaki units
produce an amazing extra-hard ice that will in
most instances out last the cold beverage it is
placed in, ensuring the drink is not watered-down
by the ice.
A notable aspect of the design is the use
of plastic for internal components and also for
part of the exterior, which has a corrosion
resistant blow-moulded sliding door and top panel.
Ease of cleaning has been optimised with the water
tank and spray system removable, . Machines are
electronically-controlled and carry Water Research
Council approval.
